Your policy is valid for a maximum of one year from the starting date. If you need protection for longer, don’t worry. Our pain-free renewal process makes it easy for you to get cover for the next year.

What kind of documents do I need when I claim?

Once you tell us about a claim, our Surveyor will check the damage and we’ll send you a list of the documents we need, within a week.

How will my Sum Insured be calculated?

There are two options that you can choose from: 1. Market Value Basis – You’ll be covered for the depreciated value of the property. 2. Re-instatement Value Basis – You’ll be covered for replacement cost of property.
